Default My Case

Hello, My Name Is Myriam Charles I Am Currently Living In The Boynton Beach Area And Been Living There For About 17 Years. But The Problem Is This, I Left My Mother In Haiti When I Was Only 4 Years Old To Come Live In The United State With My Aunt, And While I Was Here My Aunt Applied For My Resident Card But Instead Of Putting Herself Down As My Aunt She Put Herself As My Birth Mother So On The Day Of My Interview The Officer Asked My Aunt Questions Like When Did She Enter The United State And When She Became A U.s Resident But Her Information She Provided Did Not Match For Ect; She Entered The U.s In 1985 Then Became A Permanet Resident In 1990 But I Was Born In 1987 So Nothing Matched Up So They Sunt Us To Do A Dna Test To Find Out If Shes Really My Birth Mother But As You Know The Dna Did Not Match So My Case Was Denied, I Cant Work Or Go To School Just Because Of Her Mistake. I Want To Go To School To Become A Surgical Tech But I Cant Cause Im Not A Resident. I Have A 2 Year Old Daughter But Her Father Does Not Help Me In Any Way I Tried Putting Him On Child Support But Hes Doesnt Make Any Payments So Im Not Getting Anything. It Very Hard For Me Right Now I Have Been In This Country For 17 Years And Cant Do Anything With My Life, It Wasnt My Fault, I Didnt Put Myself In This Situation So Why Should I Suffer For Someone Elses Mistake. Can Someone Please Help Me

When was all this done ( the DNA test, etc.) If the test was negative, how did you remain in this country? Or was the test just recent?
