commercial property foreclosure

I have a piece of commercial property in town where I live, the bank foreclosed and sold the property on may 12th, the person buying the property had to pay ten percent down and by law there was a 10 day over for some reason and then the property was to be settled in 30 days and what money was coming to me, the master of commisiioner sold property for the bank and had to take order back in front of judge on june 9th, now instead of me having to pay the 10.64 it has jumped to 12 percent interest and everything was signed by the judge on june 9th, as of today i still have not received my part of the money from the commisioner and they only have 30 days until this was supposed to be closed, what rights do I have or any that this can be voided or should i go back to the judge and take the order that he signed stating everything was distrubeted and it has not been and was paid in full all of this is lies what should I do?
