Angry Foreclosure initiated
We had an unfortunate medical situation that caused us to run into financial trouble. We fell behind on mortgage payments to the point of Foreclosure being initiated. We ended up selling our home and paying all fees including the mortgage. Two months later it has showed up on our credit report as "Foreclosure Initiated". Every lender sees this as a foreclosure. Can we get this neg. removed from our credit report, seeing that it never got foreclosed on? If so can you help me find a good lawyer.

You will want to talk to an attorney specializing in foreclosures and/or consumer credit to determine your rights. He/she will need to examine all your paperwork.
