Nurses negligence not noted,Surgeon noted infection

Nurses drop me and never noted,I had to have another surgery.Surgeon notes infected,MRI says retear,after second surgery MRI says he never sewed up retear. Other opinions say he should have replaced rotator cuff area on first operation. Three witnesses in hallway, and MRI's and other medical reports included.Hospital refuses to comply,the nursing staff never noted and I believe surgeon tries cover up by noteing it was infected.MRI's say different.So does multiple surgeries.
