can new owner collect rents from non owned mobile homes
I was recently forclosed on by an ******* he began to collect rent from two mobile homes which he did not own . Although they were on the property which was forclosed on. Mobile homes not included in foreclosure. Also plan to serve new owner a claim and delivery for the appiances in houses, which were included in foreclosure. He collected rents foe 4 months on mobile homes before I signed them over. he states I have no chance of winning judgement , Do I?
