Question Manufactured Home Community

I bought my manufactured home from the community management that I currently live at, in 1998. Over the years I noticed little things happening to my home over the past few years. But I never put 2 & 2 together until I started investigating of why I had roof structure damage... some trusses were leaning. To make a long story short. I had an improper foundation and the house was improperly set up. Some of the piers weren't touching the frame, some piers didn't have footers. 2 main piers and footers that are suppose to be in the middle of the home to hold up the marraige wall and hold the roof load wasn't there at all. some piers were on a slab of concrete from a patio and was buckling. This house was brought in, in 1989 and I know that know one inspected this foundation, because know one would of passed it. My home isn't even tied down properly. This improper foundation and setup has caused damages to my home over the years, including the roof.

Then as I was investigating this, I found out that my home is not the size that was on my paper work for the mortgage and homeowners insurance papers. I'm paying for a home that is a 52X28, but my home is really a 40X28. After I complained to the management about this, including the improper foundation and set up, they ignored me. Then I contacted the state and the township regarding these problems, then they started putting in the proper foundation, after the township demanded that they took action and that they told management that the state was coming in to inspect my home.
O.k.... now that they finally put the proper foundation in... what happens to the damages that accured because of the improper foundation? Would the maagement have to pay for the damages, because this is there lot site and this home has been sitting here since 1989? What about deceiving me about the size of the home? Who fixes that? I tried and no one will let me... that magement would have to... but management is ignoring me again? There is a state inspector coming out December 13th regarding my complaint. Even though management finally put in the proper foundation, the ball won't be dropped, will it? Will the state make management make them fix everything? I really need help here? Can someone help me?

Hire an attorney to write a demand letter to those responsible for all of your problems (monetary etc.). Then wait for a response. If there is not response or check for all of your damages have your attorney file suit for all you are entitled to.
