Arrow In Need Of Some Advice

Pamegoode@aol.com I recently got a notice to move out of my apartment. They have given me three months with a little over a month left to leave. I will leave before an eviction because I'm on a government program called section 8. the money situation is pretty tight, and I was hoping for some way to sue the owner of the apartments to help me with my moving expenses. Do I have any legal rights to do so?
I'm being asked to leave because the police were called to the house by my 16 year old daughter twice in six months. She and I are not getting along. Once they came because she was threatening to do harm to herself, and I needed a way for her to get to the county mental facilities. Shouldn't that be my right to have the police to my house when needed?Thats the reason there giving me to move, and there should be something wrong with that. The next door neighbors who have been here for 16 years apparently called and complained, only because they and I had a disagreement about the noise level when they had a pool outside my bedroom window. Before that we got along fine. Now my two kids and I will most likely be put into the street. I just need for someone to advise me what to do, if there is anything I can do. Also, there are alot of other small things,
HTML Code:
like he never in over a year put electricity into my garage. Took three weeks to fix my heater in the dead of winter. Was without a stove for over two months. he entered my garage being nosey. etc.. Threatened me several times to evict because he had to replace my stove. Wanted to raise the rent over 100 dollars. there is also alot of favoritism with the other tenants. they are allowed to have animals.
and i could go on , but don't want to bore you. Can I do anything in small claims court?????Need some advice

You need to read your lease agreement. If there is a policy regarding police activity then no you cannot sue for the moving expenses of the eviction. Most cities have tenants rights programs. You may want to contact one of them as the represent Section 8 individuals for free if they feel that you have a case.
