i am not a lawyer fyi and this is not legal advice of course- but, it seems like you have a slam dunk infringement case. with the bad faith involved, and if your facts are as you state, there must be several ip law firms that could assist you and probably even on contingency.
what jurisdiction you file in will depend on some of the factors such as where the events took place or your or their local federal court. the move would be assemble your evidence and hunt down a firm that will take the case on contingency.
