My Friend needs help

[size=4] I need advice who to contact any non profit orgs or special immigartion attorneys referal in Riveside County, CA that specializes residency cases and illegally holding obviously a California USA resident defendant is named Andre Arbeleaz. Last name on Comumbian passport is "Londono" & also on Residency card. His California DMV license has name "Albelaez", also on SSN Card and paychecks, registration on car etc.The problem we have is that when the defendant was charged with a recent misdemenor they felt that his documents didn't match up.Andre has used his StepFathers last name for since he was 2-3 years old when his Mother brought him to America.Andre was told stepfather was real father until he was 15. stepfather never completed adoption papers.Andre has a 14 year old daughter born in California pays child support, also pays taxes has social security etc.please help. he is being held and treated like a illegal alien.All his family are american citizens. he has no connection with Columbia.
Andre is being held at Indio County Jail.Criminal case pending we have Criminal attorney on the case. my friend out of a place where he doesnt belong.
