Hi.
I am married to a US citizen, due to extreme abuse I had to land up in a shelter. I am here on a K3 Visa. My husband did not file for my EAD or the AOS. MY visa is still valid till April 2010. Can I file for my EAD on my own with a different address? I have been advised to file for I-360. I have an approved I-130 form. My husband did not file for anything else. I actually read on some of the forum that I can file for my EAD on my own, as being on a K3 visa I am eligible. Shall I go ahead and file the EAD as I have no resources to survive, or should I only file it after filing for my VAWA petition. |
