I personally enjoy your top ten lists. Unfortunately, you usually attach them to ads that I am required to delete.

Also, you're the one who said, "A little on the racist side..." - - not someone else that you've eluded to when you said, "but I have been given the task of moderating." That statement wasn't someone else's sensitivities, it was yours.

Do you have, and can you print out, the guidelines that have apparently been given to you for this site? I'd like to know where "the Powers" of this forum have drawn the line that you use when making statements such as, "but I have been given the task of moderating" and "A little on the racist side..."

I'd really like to know where the "lines" are drawn. Personally, I thought it was "Sedition" and yelling "Fire" when there is no fire.

Well, Lisa. . . Cat got your tongue?

Can you address my questions? Remember, they ARE legal questions.

Default Legal Definition

What is the Legal Definitions of

1. African-American

2. Negro

3. Black

Per the definition that was once listed in Blacks Law Dictionary, and the cases that determined such defining use and application.

If it's about law be about law.

If it's about white supremist racism, evade the real question, and taunt away, it's somewhat expected considering America is following in the footsteps of Hitlers Nazi Germany.

With verbiage like that, be gone.

Default Racism

A simple question was asked in the plainest, most elementary fashion and the best respondents can do is engage in is racist innuendo.

Please, turn the channel when "Mind of Mencia" is on. God forbid, you might be offended!

Oh, please . . .

Perhaps we ADULTS should be in a bubble. We need protection . . .

P.S. Do you remember the Oath you took when you raised your right hand at the Bar Admission ceremony? Sure you do! You swore to uphold the Constitution. Did you forget the Constitution? The Founding Fathers might take a dim view of your form of "protection" - - which, by the way, they were trying to protect against.
I need to pay more attention! Here Gracies Tender Sensibilities (sounds like a main dish served with sour cream) are being mentioned and I am totally unaware. I hate it when I miss an opportunity to laugh at someone other than myself. In all truth, I have enough things in my life offline that require copious amounts of angst and teeth gnashing---I refuse to relegate any of it to online warfare. I say "Laugh On!"

In all seriousness, <muffled giggles> humor is like beauty. In the ear of the beholder. Errr, Eye of the hearer. Ummm......anyone else care for a side dish of mixed metaphors?

Yes, I know. Don't quit my day job.
