Question CapOne suit - need help

I've been served by Capital One here in Arizona. I'm only working part time (all I can find after 5+ years of looking in this economy) and my husband is reluctantly retired (he's 72 and hasn't found work since 2009), so we're living on his SS. We've sent a response to the claim and received a court date, but now they're suing over two more accounts. His SS payment is such that we apparently don't qualify for assistance, but we're barely hanging on as it is, so we can't afford a lawyer. Can anyone help with wording the response properly on the two new suits, and maybe help with what we're supposed to be doing in general?

Question CapOne

Hello Barnkat,
I am also being sued by CapOne. If you would be so kind to let me know how you went about responding to the suit without an attorney, I would be very greatful. Thank you in advance.
