American Express

Hi -

I pay my corporate account with my Debit card. Everytime I paid with my debit, the statement on bank of america is showing my ex-name and not my name.
I called Amex and they said it is Bank of America problem.I checked with Bank of america and they said they are receiving this name from American express and also told me that another Bank of America customer called with same issue and asked me to check with Amex.
I call Amex again and they assured it is bank of america problem and asked me to call them back.
What do I do now?

Please suggest.

This is not uncommon behavior for banks to pass the buck to someone else. You may just want to cancel your card to avoid any issues down the line. If you end up being the victim of some type of fraud you could pursue litigation against the institution, but that could be a huge hassle and to avoid problems I would recommend closing the account, but I am just some guy on the internet.
