Non-responsive Attorney - what are my options

I recently hired an attorney because my husband and I had decided to divorce after 12 years of marriage. Once we began the proceedings we both changed our minds and decided to try counseling before throwing in the towel. I have tried to contact my attorney via phone and email explaining our decision and that would like to have my money refunded to me (minus charges for services already rendered). However, what once was a very responsive attorney has now avoided all of my telephone calls and emails. What are my legal rights to this? Who should I contact?
