emancipation at 16 in CA

I'm a 16 year old female, graduating in 2010 (one year early to begin college) with a custodial parent that is constantly critical and negative. Both my mother and non-custodial father have repeatedly made harrassing phone calls and called the police on an older male friend of mine who had done nothing illegal, and threatened to get a restraining order because they didn't like the fact that we were speaking to each other against their will. The tyranny is escalating, and I need to get out of the house.
I'm starting a full-time job in one week, have a 4.2 GPA, and am a well-rounded individual with a clean record.
My question is, how likely am I to be able to be emancipated?

If you are living in their house, they have a right to make rules you would be expected to follow, in particular in relationship to an "older male friend". Being critical and tyrannical (those are subjective) isn't really grounds for you to be emancipated----the environment in which you have been raised has resulted in your being an accomplished hard working student----so that is a sword that cuts both ways. I know of very few teenagers who do NOT find their parents, as some point "tyrannical". Its part of being a teen.
In order to be emancipated, you have to do the following:
  • You are at least 14 years old.
  • You don't want to live with your parents. Your parents don't mind if you move out.
  • You can handle your own money.
  • You have a legal way to make money.
  • Emancipation would be good for you.
