Need Help!!

Divorced alittle over a year.. Ex and I have Joint Legal Custody but he has primary residency. He is currently in Iraq.. My 3 daughters are living with his girlfriend who has power of attorney... 1 or more of my daughters want to live with me... At the time of divorce I did not have the means to pay for attorney.. Ex and I was married for 16 years and he was military so I did not need to work at the time...I dont have alot of money to pay for an attorney... Can someone help and guide me in the right direction... Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Your ex's shack up is raising your kids?? Power of attorney for HIM doesn't mean she has guardianship over the kids---it means simply she can speak for him legally in certain transactions.

This is a no brainer. Is there a reason why, before he was deployed, that you were denied primary custody? It matters. In other words is there a reason a court would grant this other woman some type of guardianship over you, and more importantly, is there wording in your paperwork that says IF he is deployed that the children are to stay with you? Surely the fact he is in the military and may face deployment was an obvious issue---was the issue of what would happen addressed at that time?
