U.S. Military matters and Jurisdiction issues they cause

Before I start I will say I'm Honorably Retired U.S. Military, why I was asked by a Senator's Office to write a full report of what my little girl and I faced.

After Retiring my now ex went into the Military, as an "officer" with the USAF, my little girl was then born and I was the stay-at-home-parent.

She took us to the UK under Military Orders, all we owned was shipped at Taxpayers expense as Government Lading, she then had my child Held on another USAF Base in the Azores and threaten I would not see her again if she did not get a divorce before we hit ten years of marriage, she was in fear of losing half her retirement by the USFSPA.

This did not work as I got my little girl back and returned to the U.S. with her As Instructed by lawyers from the States of VA and MD with even a Judge from VA telling me to do so, she filed for the case to be heard in Montgomery County MD in Rockville where she grew up and I was treated as a criminal ever since.

She threaten if I did not comply she would steal all my property and hide it from the Courts "By Regulations", I did not comply and even told the Courts where I was called a liar = "Our U.S. Military Officers do not do such things and the U.S. Military does not allow it".

Finally after years the USAF released the evidence it did happen, 4 and 1/2 crates of property to include pre-broken furniture, junk metal and filled sandbags was returned to the U.S. claimed as all but $400.00 worth she kept for herself and she demanded all our assets as she Abided by the Court Upheld pre-nup, the USAF IG finally gave up a letter showing 17 crates lef the U.S. alone at three times the weight and that she did not disclose it to the Courts under Discovery because it takes a Court Order as she is using the Privacy Act to withhold them, the Court Still Refuses to move.

Congressmen and Senators called for me to get a Change in Venue and for Charges to be filed on this person, the USAF blames it all on this Court, the MD States Attorney's Office calls it evidence of Perjury and Theft, Perjury held to long for Appeals and Theft in the Jurisdiction of the USAF to have handled = which they will Not without a Civil Court moving.

The Court's Pro Se refuses to assist as it is beyond them, this person won custody, all the property she was about to hide and all the assets, then came back and filed for and won a Ruling to pay her another $37,000.00 for my looking for non-existent documents and non-existent property that was harassing her career, it was after this the USAF IG released the letter and when it was before the Courts they signed off an Order to freeze all my accounts paying her, the other effect it had was she stopped all visitation with my little girl in June 2008 when she found out the USAF IG gave me the letter.

So in effect I have in hand a USAF Inspector Generals Letter showing How Fraud was performed on the Courts - By the use of the Privacy Act and that the USAF does not allow Military Spouses copies of their Own properies documents by a Regulation problem and shows I told the Truth Under Oath at every Hearing and she did not yet this Court is doing nothing on this but taking every dime I have, even put me on the streets for two months as all accounts and my Retirement and Disability were taken = and has not and will not take any action on this person and I'm not able to see my little girl.

Where do I find an Attorney who knows Military Overseas issues, Jurisdiction issues and can get a change in Venue to a Court that reads and can do something about this case with nothing to pay now upfront?

I was told all my little girl and I went through Will help Future Military Spouses and families but I'm not going to be helpped in this in the "now".
