He cannot "get" the girlfriend and the babies.

If he wants to legally establish his parental rights and pay child support, etc. he can do so and the court will order accordingly.

But as a minor child (both parents) he does not have the same legal right to the child as an adult who was married and divorcing.

The mother of the children is a minor child and apparently is under the guardianship of the person to came to get her. Unless she is emancipated, she is under the guardianship/parental authority. Now, he can still see the child, but he cannot compel her to remain with him nor return TO Him.

Head to court and establish his rights, but be aware of stautory rape laws that may exist in your state to protect teens.
