They took my children.(CPS)

My neighbor who is vindictive made false allegations against me towards my children. I was subjected to a oral drug test, which I just found out came back positive but I know that this was a false positive. I love my childrenwith all my heart and soul, and am lost without them. What can I do? Someone please help. I am unemployed but was in school continuing my education until now. Please anyone help me.

The probability of a drug test having a false negative is next to nothing, barring a very few Rx drugs that MAY mimic the same.

Also, I think there is a lot left out of your tale.

First of all, if my neighbor calls and says I am a drug user, there is NO probable cause for me to be tested. So, you must have had some previous drug charge, must be on probation, or there has to be some other factor in this that would GIVE them probable cause to investigate and compel you to take a drug test.

What else is part of your story that gave them the probable cause to test you in the first place? Something is missing. Do you have prior drug charges?
