My daughter left her son with me to go to school. I have helped him go from the 6th to 7th. He should be in 8th, he has worked very hard. She has ruined his older sisters life, by not having her in school. Now she wants to ruin his,she moves alot, lives in shelters, and off of churches. Her husband has a record as long as mile. Her next to the youngest daughter was raped two yrs ago by one of her boyfriends. My daughters that is. My grandson does NOT want to leave. The CPS says they cant do anything to help. WHY? She is to be here in a week to go to court for hitting me. She want take her meds, for a mental condition. He will be 14 on 2-13,she says she is going to put him in a boot camp. When all she wants to really do is hurt him, because she thinks he isnt good enough to her. BULL, I have no money, to help, he and I do not know what to do. Can any one help us.

It's unclear if a public prosecuter would be able to help you in this scenario and if you do not have the means to launch a case yourself (as I believe you alluded to), things may be tough...
I should note, however, that some law schools in certain regions throughout the US offer public service legal work for situations such as yours at very little or no cost. To see if a program like this may be available in your area, please post your general vicinity (e.g., state and city/county). Thanks, and best wishes! Brad |
