The ex accused me of not letting him see the kids ( he has not made any contact with the children in 5 months), his lawyer threatened to take my kids away. Now, I'm still waiting for $600 that the ex owes me, and my lawyer wants another $465. Any advice??

Get another attorney and when the dust settles, then check with the state bar association about how to file complaints. And, another thing a great attorney friend of mine, who happens to be the attorney in Texas who won the 35 million lawsuit against Ford Motor Company for the faulty relay switch that had been causing Fords to catch on fire, suggested was to make a call your local ombudsman, which is where I am heading with one of my own cases.
Good luck.
