My daughter was molested by her father and the court won't listen

My daughter was molested by her father and the experts say no visitation but the magistrate says supervised and that my son should go back to having regular visitation. Don't know what to do to protect my children.

What experts? The police? Was the father tried and found guilty? Why isn't he in jail? If he was not arrested, go to the police with whatever proof you have--did you already make a report? How old is your child? Why is a magistrate hearing this case and not a family court judge?
