Question re-marrying in another state
If a tourist married her boyfriend of 3 years within the 1st week of arrival to california with no pre-meditated intentions of marrying him and now the husband would like to petition her. He consulted a lawyer and the lawyer suggested that it will be better if they can present a later date of marriage from her date of arrival, now will it be possible for them to re-marry in another state in order to obtain a new date of marriage license and contract????

Trying to remarry in another state to help out the immigration case sounds fraudulent. I don't even think it is possible. I think you should stick to the truth even if immigration proceedings takes longer than you might like.
