Unrightous Dominion

Here is a concern for all of us. Our children are at risk here in this state and something needs to be done about it before we loose our legacy. We need to save our children from the corruption of the organized criminals we call government officials. Please read on. This is only a small portion of what is really going on. Lets get together to stop the corrosion of our community. Better.... before it happens to you or someone you know. It is possible and highly probable!
My name is Tina and I am asking you for some assistance in a certain case here in the valley. Not the only case like it I am sure. There are twists, cover ups and lies, false accusations of guilt without a fact. I can give to you the basics here but I assure you will be quite interested in this case. This, I know is a touchy subject not many want to approach. Attorneys refuse to represent due to the lack of personal funds by the "defendant" but mostly due to the lack of BALLS these "representatives of the law" obviously no longer possess. With the desire to keep a good standing with the courts and wanting to keep their current income with out being black balled in this state, attorneys turn their trained eyes away from such cases as this. Face it law has turned into an industry. No longer does justice riegn in our court rooms. When in the court building and trying with all their limited might to repair what damages have been done to the children they love, to feel a sense of justification, to feel the touch of their babies skin, to see the love that shines in their childs eyes when that child looks up to their mommy and daddy as the heros they have always been to their little ones.... until 2 years ago that is, Attorneys meet the father hear his name and with a front of concern for the family shake his hand saying, Your Mr. "Ya da"? Oh yes I have heard about this case it is talk of the legal world. Represent you in your fight for justice? Oh HELL no! I can't afford such in my career. I have a family to support you know? Yes, we all know but only a few hold a true concern for the family unit. I have witnessed C.P.S. tear a fully stable and functioning family into shreds. The reasoning behind this horrendous act? "concerns" The evidence presented to the court for such actions? Falsified documents, fraudulent misrepresentations slandering the characteristics of the parents of the children ripped out of their home, torn from the warm boosoms of MOM 8 days after arriving in this disfunctioning world. At birth this baby is denied his loving and caring parents and this is in the name of preservation of family? One would assume so. At first one thinks uh huh okay, there HAS to be more to this story. There MUST be something the parents are denying or trying to hide. The further you investigate, yes, you DO find denial and hidden or "nonsubmissable" evidence in this case. The problem here is it is the state that is in denial. It is the judge who finds character references and true psychiatric reports as "nonsubmissable". Even so, a trial by jury occurred and the jury found the parents here as functional and deserving of the return of the children to their home. Yet, where are the children? They have not been giving the opportunity to have their rights restored, to be back in the home of the only ones on this earth that have the ability to love these babies as their own. Parenthood is a crown no one can take away from any parent. Forever this is a family, forever. Here on earth one mans denial will not allow togetherness of a loving family, that will go on forever. Where is the righousness? There is none, there is only unrighous dominion. How is one to rise above such harmful intentions with out true representation for what is right? This is growth in our community? No way can this be growth towards rising above "neanderthal man". Will we soon consume to being barbaric in behavior and start dividing babies into parts so everyone who wants to be a part in the babies life can just pick the baby into parts? Or shall we become more savage and resort to just ripping the babies apart with our own teeth? If we allow our government to enter into our homes and tear our families apart without proven and justifiable facts, tangible evidence of abuse or wrong doing, then we may as well kiss the family unit goodbye right now. It is happening here and right under our noses as we speak of it. Now, what are we to do about this? This should be a closed and shut case sealed without too much memory or learned behavior that can cause extensive damage to these young ones. How do you appeal a case and take it to a higher court when you won your case? Why did Janet Napalatano enter a new law after this case no longer allowing an Arizona citizen the right to trial by jury in non criminal cases? What is the reason behind such action? Please we need to know. What is going to happen to us as a country if we can not be true to our own citizens? Like I said previously, I am giving to you the basics here, there is more to know and more to show. Justice CAN prevail if we force it to. This is America and it looks as though freedom is not a right for us any more. Freedom will have to be faught for. Therefore the battle fatigue we have in our coutrooms. I know this case and yes it IS A CASE OF UNRIGHTOUS DOMINION! If ever I have seen such a case this is one for the history books. The only problem { sorry not the only problem but one of many } is this is not the only case like it and this is shame! This is shame that should be worn by the judges and defense attorneys as well. Worn like scarlet letters for all to see! It is disgusting to see so much injustice happening right here in the good ole US OF A. I know my daddy didnt fight in PEARL HARBOR to live and bear witness to such unlawful and demorralizing action in our courtrooms! In this case, a trial by jury went into effect and within 2 hours from judge presiding to judgement presented by jury, this father was found to be a competant father, as was the mother. This couples peers found them to be good parents and found no reason to remove parental rights and felt the children should return to thier loving home. Regardless, the children are still not to be found in thier home residing with the parents. Now, a court date has been entered to take away the gaurdianship of the father. There are no convictions in this case. Only accusations, false ones at that, charges brought up and all aquitted for lack of ........well.....anything! The children are in the mothers mothers custody, which by the way has domestic violent records with her curent significant other. Also, there are even records to show the extent of abuse this "grandmother" subjected her own daughter. Grant it this was not the perfect couple nor the perfect set of parents but I am quick to admit niether am I. I have 6 kids and I still havent the perfect advice on how to be the perfect parent or how to raise the perfect child. I havent even a lick of advice on how not to have a kid that says they hate thier parent at on time or another in thier life. If I had the perfect solution for perfection, I would sell it. Nah, no I wouldnt, I would post it on the internet for the whole world to see. I can place a safe bet that not a politician out there can compare to the perfection stated within the post. The first one to raise a perfect child in a most perfect way can be the first one to stand up and tell me {or any one for that matter} exactly how to do do my job! Until then, WHERE IS THE JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY? It was seen chasing after our rights as they too are being stripped from us all, behind our backs right before our eyes!
