irrevocable trusts

need answer if I can challenge my own trust. I believe there was undue influence by my brother. He used my attorney that I had hired to help execute my Moms trust.I had absolutely no input on the trust andwas threatened verbally. if I did not sign. He was unhappy that my mom had left me her house, and could not contest her trust.(there was a disinheriting clause in her trust if contested. I was at an emotional low when he did this, and felt completely threatened by his words and actions.
Now I am on social security and cannot afford an attorney , I live in Calif. I wonder if anyone out there has any idea if there is an organization that can help me. Legal aid said they do not help in these matters. I feel at a loss. and have to go to court without a lawyer, my brother is now trying to take me off the trust as trustee. I then have no control over my Home. and as it is I cannot sell it. if I ever have to go into a nursing home, hopefully I won't. but a person never knows, my home is my only asset. my bother and sister would each get a 1/3. if I sell it with their permission,If I die my 4 boys would just have to divide the other third.
