Default Please provide advice on what to do in this situation

I am a middle aged woman with two sons. One son is 24 yrs old and the other son is 19 yrs old. My sons mean the world to me. I have a poor relationship with my husband. My husband is verbally abusive and controlling towards me. I do not want my husband to receive any portion of my parent’s assets. I want my sons to inherit all of my parent’s assets. I want my two sons to get everything, the estate, and all account savings. I do not want my husband or me to receive anything, not even a penny from my parents. What legal form is needed to setup a full proof direct transfer of all capital from my parents to my sons? My husband will try to contest. I want to know what legal form will secure this transfer of assets from my parents to my two sons and keep my husband from disturbing the transfer of inheritence. I want my husband to have no say or part in any of this. Does a living trust work in this situation? If so, what type of living trust? If a living trust will not work, then what other legal form will work in this matter? I do not think a "Will" is suitable in this situation because my friend said people can contest the Will. Also I want the transfer of inheritence to be private. Please provide advice.

Thankyou
