my nephew was listed as the executor of my mothers trust, he was also left my mothers house, my brother, sister, and myself were each left $20,000, but my nephew is not responding, and is making excuses as to why he hasn't given us our monies. I am interested in what recourse I have in Ca. to force my nephew to follow my mom's wishes and give us our monies.
