Angry Evil Second Wife of my Father!

My father just recently passed away at the age of 84 years old.

There is an existing Will that showed that his second wife will get 1/3 of my father's property and that the 6 children will get 2/3 of the property.

We found out during the funeral arrangements that the second wife convinced my father to change the Deed of the property to her name .. this happened 2 years ago when he was 82 years old. My father has several medical problems and have been taking prescription drugs for many years to help him and also he has diabetes.

Also, she was able to convince my father to change the insurance beneficiary to her name also. Her name, Vicky, they were married for less than 5 years.

We want to find out if we are able to claim against the property even though our father changed it to her name. My mother and father were married for over 40 years then he married this younger woman to help take care of him and make her a US citizen.

We want to know if us, the 6 children have any rights to the property. Title history shows that both my parents had their names to that property before he remarried. I don't think we will be able to claim against his life insurance, but he could have been not in his right mind then also.. who knows.

Please help. My father resides in Dededo, Guam USA..

Unless you can prove he was persuaded against his will, or he was not in his right mind, or that some fraud occurred, you will not be able to prevail. The fact he and your mother were married for a long time is wonderful, but it isn't going to help you in this instance.

I am sorry for your loss.
