father in law passed away
There was no will,and the one lot that was in my father in law name only is the lot we bought and its payed, for but cant get the deed because they say its not hers to sell because it was in his name only,they say she gets 1/3 and all the kids get 1/10 of the lot that was only in his name WHAT TO DO?
