Default How Can I get a copy of a will?

How can I get a copy of a will that was made in 2003? Can I file a will that I have a copy for from 1990 and where do I file it?

Insufficient information. Consult a local Estate or Probate Attorney.

The 1990 will was made at a lawyer's in Flagler County FLand I have a copy of the 1990 will. The 2003 will was made with a lawyer in Volusia County. If a will is filed and is public property, who do I contact to get a copy of the will from 2003?

The will if it was filed will be in probate court in the county where the person that passed away lived. It probably states in the will that the new will replaces the older ones. It is public records and the office will probably fax you a copy. If the will was not filed, you can demand that it be filed by the person that has it. It is against the law not to file the will promptly after the persons death
