Unhappy cheated out of inheritence

Help! Do I have rights?

My mother had recently passed away, and had left behind an Irrevocable Living Trust, her house was incuded in this trust and divided equally between my brother, sister, and myself. I recently found out that a year ago, the deed of the house was transferred solely under my brother's name. I was not aware of this, being that I live out of the country and my Brother had lived with my Mother with his family in Hawaii, because of the high cost of living.
My mother's health took a turn for the worst during the last year of her life and there was an exhisting mortgage against the house which my sister is responsible, the house if not transferred under my brother's name would have foreclosed.
Now my brother say's that I have no rights to the house and my share had been liquidated when the deed to the house was transferred under his name.
My question is simple, Do I have a right to see a lawyer, I feel cheated out of my own on inheritence????? PLEASE RESPOND..THANKS IN ADVANCE.

ps. If your wondering, yes I spoke with my mother regularly and this was never mentioned even on my last visit in 2005.

Of course you have the right to speak to an attorney. You can post your case here www.legalmatch.com or you can contact your local county bar association for a referral.
