wills/trust disinheritance
Here is story: Mother-husband deceased, has only one daughter. This daughter is written out of the mothers will/trusts and mother has a video of herself to prove she has a sane mind. The beneficiary is one sole relative. Does daughter have any fighting chance to fight mothers will/family trust setup in court? This is a large estate.

What was her rationale for writing you out of her estate?

If mother was not influenced illegally by another to write you out of will and was sane then I would say that this was mom's right to do this.
Your best bet is to talk to an attorney in your area to make sure there are no loopholes.
