| Introduction I am seeking legal advise on the administration of an estate in the state of Pennsylvania. My question is this:If an estate (in names of persons A and B who died in 2004) was never closed over a period of over four years, and the executor and beneficiary of the unclosed estate (of persons A and B) dies in 2009 (person C) -- does person C have the right to will that estate to another person? |

| You cannot "will" something you presumably SHOULD have received through an estate that was never probated. |
