My Grandmother whom raised me , passed away in Nov. 2005. She was living in Texas, with her daughter the last 5 years of life. I stayed in Ohio. She had to be cremated. Her ashes were brought home Dec. 11. My Aunt, handed me a set of papers, of a Trust. She was named to recieve 1/2 of trust, free of any trust. And I was to recieve 1/2 of said trust, In Trust, until I die. My Aunt changed it in 2003. Unknown to me. I was a part of my grandmothers life, more than anyone in the family. My aunt is now only giving a check of 150.00 on the 18th of every month, saying that this is the interest from my half. and that she can give it to me to her discursion. I want to know how I could recieve my 1/2 of the trust. And have nothing to do with My aunt. Ever. I feel betrayed. As to I know, and was told by my grandmother in 1999, that 1/2 of everything was to go to my Aunt, and the other 1/2 to me. Cut & Dry. I love my family members. I have grown and am only who I am, due to my wonderful grandmother. Please Help Me, so that I may put this situation behind me, and have no Negative connection with my Aunt. I'd also like to know how to go about sueing her for Wrongful Interference With Expected Gift / Thank You for your attention to this Post, and Have a good day. Mark C. Bicsak

Sounds like you need a Texas Wills and Trusts attorney. The attorney can examine documents surrounding your grandmother and advise you as to what can be done etc. Maybe challenging the will/trust. He/She may also be able to advise you as to what can be done about getting or not getting inheritance in one lump sum.
