Default Does last will & testament take precedence

In 1990 my Aunt designated her brother as beneficiary on her IRA account. During the next ten years I had been taken care of her and in 2000 she revised her Last Will & Testament to "devise and bequeath her entire estate, whether real, personal or mixed, of hatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, unto her niece, which is my self. However, the IRA beneficiary was never changed. Unfortunaately my aunt has passed away. Can you please tell me who is entitled to her Credit Union IRA, She was 78 when she died. Thank you very much. Cherie Wilbur

You will want to set up a consultation with an attorney. Bring in all relevant documentation etc.
