Default Forged Will

My mother passed away last year, her new husband of 4years (who is also my godfather, family friend for along time) told me at that time that all my mothers money was for myself her son, and that he did not want any of it and as soon as he contacted all the stock and ira people he would give the money to me. My mother had a living trust and will that stated my wife, daughter and myself were the sole benfieciaries. I had a copy of that trust. He then sold all 600 shares of the stock that at the time he said was in her name only, come to find out as I always knew it had my name on it as well. He gained a capitol loss for tax purposes of appox 22k. he told me that he had to pay almost 17k in taxes and that it was taking along time to get some of these companies to release the funds. He finally said the stock money had come and that I had to open a account with his financial advisor to get my money. I wasnt happy because I knew it was in my name all along and now I lost the original purchase price and would have to pay taxes on the stock if I ever sold. He then got defensive about me asking to many money related questions and presented me with a "last will and testament" photocopy that all the initials from my mother were diffent and the wording was such that all her assets went to him and only him and if anyone contested the will they would never get a dime. I have confronted him several times to see the original and he has refused, the witnesses for the bogus will are non other than his finacial advisor and his secretary. The notary puplic on the will also resides in the office of this financial advisor. How and what can I do to stop this theft?
