The attorney has no obligation to give you or anyone else a copy of anything other than to the person that your mother named as such. If she added things to the trust without seeing her attorney then I wouldnt think those adendums would be valid. You have a right to see the will once it gets recorded with the probate courts because then I would think it is public record. But # 1 - your brother or lawyer dont have to do anything they dont want to do and # 2 - anything put into a will or trust without a lawyer, at least in my opinion and experiences, would not hold up in court.
