my bother was given durable power of attorney when my father became ill-my father handled everything and I handled it then on until last week .the onlytime John came around was when it had something to do with the will and of course his 3x a day phone calls to Mom and 1 weekly visit. He did not follow my fathers wishes he did my mom's bidding. On the same night the lawyer came to give him duable power of attorney Mom resended their will allowing the lawyer to forge my father's signature, which now she does not remember and he has been out a second time
to change it since, I was not pesent to see what was done.
My sister and her 2 children were moved in due to her terminal illness the day she passed, My brother starting moving things to move his kids in-He was moving in?On the Eve of her memorial in, my nephews absence, my brother removed his belongings to move his sons in. He is now caring foir the house and Mom. my brother in law was appalled and in moving his children out, since my mom saw no harm in my siblings actions. My mother and I were not on good terms since rarely I had time away, stating John had his own life and could not help. I think he has had undue influence on this and seems to think he is he only one who deserves the house? This is my mother - I have lost my whole family now

Have a Wills, Trusts and Estates Attorney take a look at all circumstances surrounding the old will, new will, p.o.a. etc. Tell him/her of your thoughts of undue influence etc.
