Smile How to get court ordered special needs trust?

I am a Kentucky resident on SSI/SSDI, aged 60. My relative passed intestate in California 2/2014. I just discovered I have a small inheritance coming in. The estate is being administered by the county probate court by family agreement, so there is no litigation involved. But I have no idea how to petition the court to assign my share to a special needs trust. I don't even know what state to start in, and I have absolutely no money for legal advice. The legal aid services around here are not a resource. Any clue woud be deeply appreciated. I have a willing trustee and a CPA sister, so administration will not be a problem. Thank you for any help offered!

The state to start in would be California as that is where the money is located. You can use the California Bar Association or the County Bar Association your relative passed away in to find an attorney or you can use legalmatch, which is a free attorney matching service here is a link to probate lawyers in California http://www.legalmatch.com/law-librar...alifornia.html
