What to do If Someone illegally transfer Property name?

Hi,
My friend asked my help as one of his tenant illegally transferred a property to his name. Now he needs some legal advice that how to get his property back as he is disable and can not bear much expense. Now which step should be followed by owner?
Can disability claim lawyers can help?

If you were simply a tenant in a home for 3-4 years you cannot just decide you own it. You were in a contractual landlord-tenant relationship, and the owner can remove you through an unlawful detainer/eviction when he/she feels like it and obtains a court order.

To answer the question yes the owner can do a number of things to you it is their house. That is assuming I am understanding the question.
