HR and My Leaders Entice Hostile Workplace Against Me
On an ongoing basis, my employer has succumbed to, and allowed other employees to constantly gossip about me, slander and libelously abuse my reputation. I expressed concerns to H.R. about my former Supervisor's racial discrimination against me. In turn, my Former Supervisor's Manager instructed my current Supervisor to issue a misconduct warning against me... My current Supervisor and former Supervisor are collaborating a termination against me.... My current Supervisor, former Supervisor and Team Lead have all gossiped about me with my coworkers.... My current Supervisor reprimanded me in the presence of my coworkers, and she allows them to mistreat me and talk about me when I am not in the meetings..... The rules are stacked against me as well as being different for me.... I need an attorney to contact me and to help me because this is affecting my progressiveness at the company. My former Supervisor has even slandered my name to other Supervisors in other departments. At 52 I have not many other places I can work.
