Help Needed Asap!

Before I begin, I want to say thank you, cause I know I will forget.

I work for an ambulance in PA. I am being singled out for doing things that I dont do, i.e. Destroying equiptment (On day last week, i came to work and found a flat tire, and somehow that is my fault), in their eyes "Going to my house to get my uniform for work". We also have paperwork to do on the computer, which I do, but mysteriously gets destroyed.

Moral of the story is I am getting singled out for things that arent happening. They aren't following the rules in regards to disipline, and by the way, the WONT PAY OVERTIME!

I just need advice before I get fired.

Thanks!
Tony

Most state labor laws have special prohibitions against terminating an employee for illegal reasons, such as because of their race, ***, age, disability, religion or gender. These laws also prohibit discrimination, retaliation or harassment in the workplace. In addition, most state labor laws have requirements for employers to pay overtime and costly penalties for employers who skirt their legal duties for non-exempt workers. To determine your best options and whether you can still seek damages, it is best to contact an employment attorney in your state.
