Default Over 50 Female Harrassed/Discriminated/and more!

New Management 2002; Totally changed job duties originally hired to perform; Took original job because of hearing disability & minimal classroom requirements; Told "get back in the classroom or find another job" (1 witness to this); Have State Dept of Rehab. documentation (hearing disability).

Promoted/Demoted internally 4x in 4 years - have at least 2 org. charts; Last occurrence I was informed by having org. chart put on office chair; Held Team Lead meetings without informing me (heard through grapevine about this). (libel/slander/harrassment)

Office relocated within dept. 8x in 9 yrs; 5th move in 4 yrs. (hostile work environment?)

Older workers (7) slowly forced out (legally?), replaced with younger, non-qualified employees. Became known as Technology Dept Holocaust & employees who were there when new mgmt arrived began taking bets on who would be next. (discrimination)

Expected to prepare budget forecast but not allowed to spend funds as allocated. Training dollars were spent getting new hires certified to do job. (discrimination)

Dept was audited for mismanagement of funds; Director was put on Administrative Leave; culture included guaranteed weekly in-fighting (some written documentation). Last day on the job I was approached by 3 angry employees in first 2 hrs of work. (hostile work environment)

Two employees are related to Director and Asst. Director. One was there when they arrived & has been promoted twice (3rd in process) & received certification training for promotions. Second was brought on board after mgmt pair arrived & has been promoted once. (nepotism)

Have been under dr. care for stress/anxiety/depression for month. Been on FMLA since 6/23 outburst at work. Submitted resignation on 7/10 for 7/24. Have income through August. Feel treatment led to resignation/health issues. Do I even have a case? That is what I am wondering.
