What is a "hold harming document"
My wife has a current case with the EEOC for sexual discrimination. She had a third step meeting and her work offered a deal where they want to to sign a "Hold Harming Document". This Third step meeting was scheduled immediately after receiving their letter from the EEOC.
A girl still in the office said they freaked when they got their letter from them (EEOC) and to never open the mail again......as she is the secretary (Has always opened the mail...ALWAYS). I know they wanted my wife to drop her discrimination case! So is that what this may be? |
