disability and affirmative action

I just got back from applying for an opening at Ameri Gas, one of the nation's largest propane dealers. Upon filling out their application, I found that they participated in the Affirmative Action program, which gives federal grants to companies that agree to give members of minority protected classes preferential treatment to the "majority" classes when it comes to hiring.

Well, I am only a white male, but I am disabled (I have Aspergers). Does that count? Would I still be eligible for the affirmative action benefits as if I were a black man or white woman?
