Hi New To Board. I Live On The West Coast. I Feel Strongly I Have Been Discriminated Against In The Past Year When Applying For Jobs Because Of A Misdemeanor Conviction From 1996 When I Lived In Atlanta..how Long Can Companies Use That Against You Or Hold It Over Your Head? Im Looking For Some Type Of Relief Or Some Type Of Advice..or Should I Just Consider Another Job Market..
