Default I had someone invest in my store

Hello I am very depressed I met The investor in august of 2003 and he and I went to dinner. He informed me that he was 3 months from his divorce being final so he was married. I told him to please take me home and when he was free and clear he could call me. Three months past and he called and we went out and he asked if there was anything I needed or could use. I asked him if he would listen to a business proposal from my brother Drew and I had luch with the investor and he loved the idea and said he would invest. In 2004 I rented out the space our store is located. Drew has the business liscence in his name and all the things in the store was purchased in our names. The investor claimed his divorce was rather messy so he didn't want anything to appear in his name. He nickeled and dimed the business we didn't have a grant opening nor did we have advertising for the business a video/comic game room. The store didn't make any money no surprise.

He would call me in the middle of the night and ask if I were naked and he would tell me all these things he wanted to do to me. I told him I was uncomfortable with him talking to me that way and that nothing would occur if ever between us until he was divorced. He has since gotten furious becaus he is 210k in the store and we aren't making money yet the store is not fully stocked. He threatened to close the store down and to stop financing it and to remove all the items from the store. I have been sick crying, shaking, depressed and also unable to sleep. It is like having your dream given to you then ripped from you because someone wants to just have *** with you and it wouldn't mean a thing because he is still very much married although he says that he is going to be free finally in another 6 months.
My brother has another person who would like to move us into a larger space and make the store that we had intended but they aren't ready to start until march of 06. Do I have any rights to the stuff in the store can he just come and take everything out of the store just like that?

If property is in your names then he can't simply come in and seize property. He could sue you and then seize but may take awhile. Sounds like you may want to consult with an attorney to find out all of your rights.
