I applied for a job and called Hr to see where I was at in the process. They told me they had decided they wanted someone younger. I am 55 the employee they hired is 30. I am under the impression this is age discrimination. It is posted in the building that they do not discriminate due to age and their personell manual states they do not discriminate. What would you do???
