Need your help to reopen case.

I need your support to reopen a discrimination case. Judge Ronald B. Leighton first barred me from obtaining discovery relating to a mental examination that my employer forced me to take, did not permit me to take depositions in a place convenient to me and then ruled in a motion for partial summary judgment that I did not have enough evidence to prove that the mental examination was used against me in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The case was closed because I did not know what to do and was stressed out. I want to reopen the case because I feel the judge was biased, prejudiced and did not give me a fair opportunity to litigate my case.
