Race Discrimination

I think that I am being discriminated based on race. I am the only non-white supervisor and am being punished differently than other supervisors for doing the same thing. Is this legal and what should I do?

The law prohibits employers from discriminating against their employees based on race. It sounds like you have been discriminated against because you are being treated differently than other employees similarly situated.
